We’re on a mission to break down the barriers to food freedom; whether you’re looking for dinner-time inspiration, to eat a little bit healthier, or to save time and money in the kitchen - MenuAid is here to help.

More than meal planning


Providing simple, affordable and tasty meal planning is at our core. But, we don’t think the benefits of MenuAid end there.

With sustainability, waste and the ever-growing cost of living being huge challenges all Kiwis face, MenuAid aims to drive real change in Aotearoa.

Sustainability

With a focus on fresh, seasonal Kiwi produce, we can reduce the need for imported foods and our carbon footprint, support local businesses, and help us all live a little greener.

Waste

We’ve crafted MenuAid to bring food and plastic waste to an absolute minimum, and allow you to control your waste profile. Throwing food away is no different from throwing money away, so our meals are designed to use all ingredients in our recipes. And, we remove the need for excessive plastic common with meal delivery kits.

Cost of Living

MenuAid is up to 50% cheaper than common meal kits, saving you an average of $50 per week. What’s more - our plans allow you the flexibility to choose your own ingredients, shop the sales, and tailor our meals to your budget.

Our Story

MenuAid’s founders, Elise & Toby, found a busy lifestyle getting in the way of a passion for food and the time they could spend planning fresh, exciting meals - instead circling through the same dinners over and over, or opting for takeaways.

Having concluded that there has to be an easier way to enjoy the fun of cooking - without the hassle of the planning - MenuAid was born.

With meal-kit delivery providers being extremely costly and unsustainable, MenuAid aims to provide a solution for people to get access to healthy, affordable and delicious meal planning.

With an industry leading team of NZ-based experts, chefs and all around food-lovers, we’ve created a platform that makes mealtime simple, flexible and - ultimately - more enjoyable.
